Coles is helping customers get more value from their shop by giving home cooks across the nation the chance to earn cookware credits to redeem on free stainless-steel pots and pans by scanning their Flybuys when they spend $20 or more in one transaction at Coles and Coles Online from Wednesday, 22 March.

To help kick start the collection by the time it officially arrives in store, Coles is offering Flybuys members who have participated in previous loyalty campaigns a two-week head start on collecting credits from tomorrow, Wednesday, 8 March.

Recent insights show that Aussies are looking to upgrade their kitchen tools, with more than 50% of Aussies[3] choosing to cook more at home due household budget pressures, and the cookware category at Coles growing by 25% since the pandemic with customers showing an increasing demand for premium quality cookware as sales trend towards top tier brands.

To help customers collect the full range of cookware even faster, Coles has partnered with 32 household brands including Air Wick, Bulla, Coles Finest, Colgate, Continental, Dove, Fancy Feast, Finish, Magnum, Nescafe, Sensodyne and Vanish to provide BONUS credits across 1400 products, starting from 22 March.

The exclusive 7-piece MasterChef Cookware collection set to heat up kitchens nationwide, includes a Utensil Set featuring Spoon and Turner, 20cm Non-stick Fry Pan, 18cm Saucepan with Lid, 26cm Non-stick Fry Pan, 24cm Casserole Pan with Glass Lid, 26cm scratch-resistant Non-stick Sauté Pan with Glass Lid and Helper Handle, and an essential heavy-duty Non-stick Roaster with Rack.

Customers can channel their inner master chef with this versatile range of must-have kitchen workhorses which are non-reactive with foods, the pots and pans are suitable for oven and stovetops including induction, distribute heat evenly and are dishwasher safe (excluding the roaster). Extra features include tempered glass lids, which are more durable and less likely to break, as well as Ilag Swiss Crystal coating with hardened Swiss crystal powder on the fry pans, roaster and sauté pan that is scratch resistant for the most intensive household and professional uses.

Coles Executive General Manager for Non-Food Jonathan Torr said Coles wants to provide customers with more value at the checkout and help make quality kitchen products more accessible to all Australians.

"Many Australians are doing it tough and splurging on quality cookware is not a priority for them right now. We have an opportunity to provide great value in more ways than just savings at the checkout, which is why we're rewarding our customers with quality cookware to inspire their love and creativity of cooking with sought after kitchen items that are built to last," he said.

"We have now provided over 27 million kitchen items in Australian households – from the very popular MasterChef knives and Schott Zwiesel glassware to KitchenAid ovenware, and we continue to see increased participation and satisfaction each time we run these campaigns.

"The MasterChef collection is a premium range, but we've made it even easier for customers to collect the full range by offering the popular half credits, half pay method as well as offering BONUS credits on over 1400 everyday supermarket items. Savvy shoppers can take advantage of this opportunity to fast track their collection by keeping an eye on the products which offer BONUS credits and include them in their shop."

The popular 'half credits, half pay' method also gives customers the option to use half the credits required and pay the remaining cost of the item.

For Coles customers who are unable to visit a store or prefer to shop online, they will now be able to redeem their cookware credits on Coles online (excludes Coles App) while doing their grocery shop, meaning the MasterChef cookware can be conveniently delivered directly to their home or to the car boot through Click&Collect.

Coles Chef Ambassador Courtney Roulston has joined Coles to inspire and encourage Aussies across the country to add a little gourmet everyday with free MasterChef cookware.

"The MasterChef Cookware range is a fantastic collection of kitchen essentials, perfect for those who are seasoned in the kitchen or who are just starting their culinary journey," said Courtney.

"I have loved using both the stainless steel and non-stick pots and pans. It's brought me right back to my time in the MasterChef kitchen and has inspired some delicious, easy, family friendly dishes like my easy crispy skin salmon with coconut greens. My favourite piece in the range would have to be the Sauté Pan – you can make anything from the perfect sunny side up egg to deep, rich, and flavourful sauces, stews and pastas."

To inspire customers with new meal ideas using the must-have MasterChef Cookware pieces, Australia's most read magazine, Coles Magazine[4], is bringing back a customer favourite – the MasterChef cookware masterclass series, over the next three months which features 12 new recipes including six recipes developed by Courtney Roulston herself, as well as tips on getting the best use out of the range.

Customers are also encouraged to look out for a QR code on the MasterChef Cookware signage in store, in the Coles catalogue and Coles Magazine to access all content including recipes developed for each piece of the cookware and product and utility information - Click here.

MasterChef Cookware will be available for redemption and purchase in store and online from Wednesday 22 March, while stocks last, starting from 20 credits for the 2-piece Utensil Set up to 100 credits for the Roaster with Rack. The pre-earn period commences on Wednesday 8 March. To complete the full collection, MasterChef branded trivets, tea towels and aprons are also available for purchase for $15 each instore.
