Community Satisfaction Survey Coming Soon

Latrobe City residents may soon receive a phone call inviting them to participate in the annual Community Satisfaction Survey.

The survey, undertaken by National Field Services, aims to assess Council's performance to help identify areas for improvement and more effective service delivery for residents.

Calls will take place from 28 January 2025 until mid-March. Details and individual responses will remain confidential.

National Field Services will:

  • Never ask for people by name
  • Always identify as National Field Services and introduce themselves by name
  • Always say how long the survey is expected to take
  • Never call from a mobile number

Overall results for the survey will be released later in the year.

Latrobe City Council Mayor, Councillor Dale Harriman encouraged residents to take part and share their feedback.

"Our annual Community Satisfaction Survey is an opportunity for community members to share their feedback about Council services and facilities confidentially," said the Mayor.

"We welcome this feedback, so we appreciate those in our community who take the time to complete the survey and share areas where we can consider improvements and efficiencies."
