From 28 January through until mid-March 2025, Indigo Shire residents may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.
This company has been commissioned to conduct the annual community satisfaction survey on behalf of Council.
The survey has been designed to assess how we're performing and where we may need to make improvements in our service delivery.
The survey will involve 400 interviews conducted among a residents from across the Shire, chosen at random.
