Community Sponsorship Awarded

Our people are what makes our Borough special – which is why it was our pleasure to award nine event sponsorships and eleven community grants to organisations within our community at our Community Sponsorship event last week.

The event, held at the Queenscliff Brewhouse, was an opportunity for recipients to come together and celebrate. Mayor Ross Ebbels and Deputy Mayor Rob Minty were delighted to present the grants and sponsorships.

Cr Ebbels spoke at the event, saying "The mix of community organisations represented by this grant and sponsorship round shows that we are a community of diverse interests and pursuits, with a passion for social, emotional, and physical well-being."

These organisations support connectivity, art and cultural projects, and activities that enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of those living in the Borough of Queenscliffe.
