Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl Isabella.
The 14-year-old was last seen on Village Avenue, Traralgon about 4.15pm on Friday, 9 April.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition.
An image of Isabella has been released in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
She is described as 170cm tall with a medium build and medium-length brown hair.
Isabella was last seen wearing an oversized green jumper and black leggings.
It is believed she could be in the Traralgon and Nyora areas.
Anyone who sees Isabella is urged to contact Traralgon Police Station on 5172 2700.
