Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Dylan.
The 26-year-old from Langwarrin was last seen in the Melbourne CBD about 2.20pm on Thursday, 23 June.
Police and family are concerned for his welfare as he has a number of medical conditions.
Investigators have released an image of Dylan in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Dylan is 185cm tall with a medium build, black hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing an orange jacket, red t-shirt and black jeans.
