Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Paul.
The 57-year-old was last seen on Wednesday, 31 August on Childers Street in Kew.
Police are concerned for Paul's welfare due to his medical condition.
He is known to frequent the Kew and Fitzroy areas.
An image of Paul has been released in the hope someone recognises him and provides information on his current whereabouts.
Paul is described as medium build with grey hair and a grey/white beard.
He was last seen wearing a long black raincoat, a black beanie hat and blue jeans.
Anyone who sights Paul or has information on his whereabouts is urged to call Boroondara Police Station on (03) 8851 1111.
