Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man William.
The 38-year-old was last seen at a medical facility on Commercial Road in Melbourne CBD on Sunday 13 February around 8am.
Police and family have concerns for William as he has medical conditions which require medication.
He is described as 192cm tall, with a solid build, short greying brown hair, a moustache, and green eyes.
Police have released an image of William and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Mordialloc Police Station on (03) 9588 2988.
