Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man David.
The 69-year-old was last seen at a Main Street address in Natimuk about 8.30pm on Wednesday, 17 November.
Police and family are concerned for his welfare as his disappearance is out character and he requires medication for a medical condition.
David may be travelling in a blue Toyota Prado with Victorian registration plates "RHH944".
Police have released an image of David in the hope someone can provide information on his whereabouts.
He may have travelled to the Brimbank council area.
Anyone who sees David or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Horsham Police Station on 5382 9200.
