Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Sandra.
The 44-year-old was last seen at her home on Colorado Drive in Corio about 12.30pm today.
Police and family are concerned for her welfare as she has an intellectual disability and medical condition.
She is described as 165cm tall, with Caucasian appearance, brown hair, large build and wearing a blue and white striped jumper and green pants.
Sandra does not have a vehicle and may be walking on foot.
Police have released an image of Sandra in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Sandra or with information is urged to call Corio Police Station on 5273 9555.
