Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Sue.
The 69-year-old was last seen leaving her home on Gists Road in Scarsdale about 7.45am on Saturday, 24 September.
Police and family are concerned for Sue's welfare as she has dementia.
Sue is Caucasian about 160cm tall with short grey hair.
She is believed to be wearing light coloured jeans and a purple or maroon-coloured top.
Police have released an image of Sue in the hope someone recognises her and provides information on his current whereabouts.
