Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Aleksander.
The 18-year-old was last seen on Pitt Street in Carlton and was headed for Footscray.
He is described as 180cm tall with a slim build and was wearing a black jacket, black track pants, black runners and has a backpack with him.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his autism which makes him vulnerable in a crowd.
Police have released an image of Aleksander in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Melbourne North Police Station on 8379 0800.
