Residents and businesses within the Mt Bartle Frere area are asked to conserve drinking water, due to a burst water main which has impacted storage levels.
To conserve the remaining water supplies stored in the reservoir, residents and businesses are requested to use water for essential use only.
The notice to conserve water is likely to remain in place until Monday 4 November.
We will advise when this notice has been lifted.
