Consultation Open for Managing Air Pollution from Non-Road Diesel Engines

Dept of Climate Change, Energy, Environment & Water

We are seeking feedback on the draft Impact Analysis for managing noxious emissions from non-road diesel engines.

The department is assessing the regulatory impact of introducing a noxious emission standard for diesel-powered equipment like tractors, cranes, loaders, excavators, bulldozers, forklifts, pumps, and generators.

Stakeholder feedback on the draft Impact Analysis will help the Australian Government to make a well-informed decision about the future management of non-road diesel engines.

  • Read the draft Impact Analysis and answer the consultation questions to have your say on our Consultation Hub.

Submissions close 5pm AEST Friday 14 July 2023.
