Council is returning to complete the connection of a new water service on Holland Road, Cooma (Polo Flat) on Tuesday 18 June 2024, weather permitting. Local residents and businesses are advised that there will be an additional temporary interruption to their water supply during this work.

Where: Holland Road, Cooma

Date: Tuesday 18 June 2024

Time: 9am – 12pm

Purpose: New water service connection

The first stage of work on this new connection was performed on Wednesday 12 June 2024, but due to unforeseen circumstances further work is required next week to complete this project.

We do everything we can to make sure that your water supply isn't affected by our maintenance and upgrade work. But despite our best efforts, you might still see some cloudy water when you turn on the tap after this new connection is complete.

Once the water supply is turned back on, you can run an outside tap for a few minutes as a precaution. This will clear out any cloudy water that might have made it into your property's plumbing system.

If you'd like to speak with us about this maintenance work, please call team leader Jason Thompson on 0417 278 056.
