The exciting sport of Sand Drags will roar into life in Wallaroo, with Copper Coast Motorsports presenting the 2024 SA Boundary Line Fencing Sand Drags on Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th September.

The Club's newly built community funded track is located on a rural property off Betts Road, Wallaroo near the Copper Coast Highway. As a pre-cursor, the Mayor of Copper Coast Council, Rosslyn Talbot will officially open the new facility on Friday 6th September at 10:00 AM.

All makes of bikes and cars are invited to enter this two-day high-octane spectacular with entries into the broad range of classes to be submitted via the official Racers.World online portal. https://racers.world/event/3100/do/enter

Presented by SA Boundary Line Fencing, the event offers an array of ticket options, with kids under 12 free, camping on site $5 per person, one-day admission $25, and two-day admission from only $40.

Copper Coast Motorsports President Wick Dayman says, "This event has been a long time in the making. Building on the success of the Sprint events we've held in the past; we're hoping the 2024 SA Boundary Line Fencing Sand Drags will bring a whole new range of enthusiasts to the region."

Gates open from 8:00am with a full day of racing from 10:00am – 4:00pm. Live music, plus food and drink vendors will be onsite to keep patrons, and racers alike entertained as the day progresses.

"Bring you cars, bring your bikes, bring your family. This is affordable, and approachable motorsport for fans and competitors, we want anyone who's keen to have a look or have a run." added Dayman.

Gates close at 5:00pm each day with camping available onsite. Patrons and competitors are reminded that the event is strictly a dry zone while racing is occurring on the sand drag track.
