Moorabool Highway Patrol officers nabbed a speeding driver in Myrniong last night.
Officers clocked a Ford Falcon sedan travelling along the Western Freeway at an alleged speed of 185km/h in a 100km/h zone about 7pm.
The vehicle was intercepted, and the male driver had his car immediately impounded for 30 days at a cost of $1555.
A 20-year-old Dales Creek man has been charged with exceed speed limit by 70km or more.
