No decision has been made about a new 30km/h speed limit trial in the City of Yarra.
The report being tabled at Tuesday night's Council Meeting is to share information about a $30,000 TAC grant that Council has received to conduct a pre-trial study.
The data collected will be used to inform whether or not another trial takes place in the City of Yarra in the future.
A report on the viability of a future trial will be presented to Council later in the year for a decision.
