Council Hosts Lifelong Learning Expo for 2nd Year

Devonport City Council Tasmania

The Expo of Everything returns this September, inspiring the Devonport community to celebrate lifelong learning, ignite creativity, and connect with others who share their interests.

"Building on the success of last year, the expo invites locals to explore a wide range of activities, crafts, arts, and hobbies that might be new to them," said Devonport Mayor Alison Jarman.

"Whether you're looking to pick up a new skill, discover a new hobby, or join a club, The Expo of Everything has something for you."

This family-friendly event features local clubs, associations, and organisations from various fields. Attendees can look forward to demonstrations and interactive sessions throughout the day. Among the participants are the Bass Strait Maritime Centre, City of Devonport Brass Band, CWA, Devonport Country Club Croquet, Devils Masters Swimming Club, Embroiderers Guild, Friends of Lillico Penguins, Home Hill, Lifeline Tasmania, NW Lace Guild, Studio 8:1 Dance Company, Devonport Community House, UTAS, and the Jazz Taskforce.
