Council is seeking partnership proposals from community groups to ensure the best use of three land parcels in Birtinya, Brightwater and Currimundi.
Council today voted to implement an Expression of Interest process to determine the future of the following land parcels:
- a 5,003m2 lot at Shine Court, Birtinya,
- a 5,000m2 lot at Brightwater Boulevard, Mountain Creek; and
- a 1,620m2 lot of 31 Bellara Drive, Currimundi.
