Snowy Monaro Regional Council is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from parties interested in operating the Bombala Laundromat under a 12-month licence agreement.
Located on Therry Street, Bombala, the laundromat has been a valuable asset for locals and visitors alike for more than a decade. Council is now looking for an operator who can maintain and enhance this important community facility.

- Licence period: 12 months
- Location: Therry Street, Bombala
- Council plans to provide hot water to the site if a suitable agreement is reached
- The successful applicant will need to supply washing machines and dryers
Important dates:
- EOI opens: Friday 9 August 2024
- Site inspection: 9am, Monday 19 August 2024 (registration required)
- EOI closes: 12pm, Friday 6 September 2024
Prospective operators are encouraged to attend the on-site inspection.
Registration for the inspection is essential and must be submitted to Council prior to 9am on Friday 16 August 2024.
