Logan City Council welcomes the new board of its beneficial enterprise, the City of Logan Charitable Trust.

The resignation of the Trust's current directors, Sohana Maharaj, Keith Bailey, Christine Knappstein, Matthew Watts and Amanda Mather will take effect on Monday, September 30.

The departure of the Trust's current directors coincides with Council's efforts to develop a new vision for the enterprise and enhance its value to the City of Logan community.

Council acknowledges the efforts and contribution the outgoing directors, and wishes them well in their future endeavours.

Russell Postle, Matthew Lang and John Gilmore were appointed as Interim Directors of the Trust today.

The Interim Directors will contribute to Council's ongoing review of the Trust, while new Directors are recruited.

Council is confident that their expertise and experience will continue the establishment of a strong foundation for the Trust and ensure it can continue to serve the City of Logan community.
