What is an Annual Report?

Council's Annual Report informs all our stakeholders of the significant activities the Council has undertaken and the achievements of 2023 - 2024, and what we can look forward to.

Here are some key highlights:

We are fiscally strong, responsible & economically sound

Local business stakeholder meeting at Council.

Council is debt free and has an operating surplus of $162.6 million because of fiscally responsible spending. This means the Hills are in a strong position for the future.

We were ranked as the No.1 council area in Australia on the 2021 Index of Economic Resources.

We have approved a forward-thinking Economic Growth Plan which targets the creation of 50,000 new jobs by 2041.
