Council's Customer Service Centre set to reopen

Council is pleased to announce it will reopen its Customer Service Centre on Vincent Street, Cessnock to fully vaccinated residents from 9am on Monday 18 October.

While the Customer Service Centre will reopen, there will be strict guidelines in place to adhere with the Public Health Order, including only opening to fully vaccinated people. Customers will also be required to wear a mask, check in via the QR code out the front and adhere to the one person per 4sqm rule.

Once reopened, the Customer Service Centre will operate from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Duty planner, building surveyor and environmental health officer services will still be available via phone on 4993 4100.
