Cricket Victoria has welcomed the appointment of new Cricket Australia CEO Todd Greenberg following his first public appearance in Adelaide this morning.
Greenberg, who is currently CEO of the Australian Cricketers Association, will succeed current CEO Nick Hockley with Hockley to depart in March.
Cricket Victoria CEO Nick Cummins welcomed the appointment.
"Todd has significant experience in the administration of professional sport in this country and has spent the last 3 years in our cricket ecosystem leading the ACA and its members," Cummins said.
"I look forward to working closely with Todd and his executive team from March in our mission to grow Australian cricket."
"I would also like to extend my thanks to Nick Hockley who has led Cricket Australia for five years including through the incredible challenges of the pandemic and a number of major agreements for the sport," Cummins added.
