A critical incident investigation has been launched after the death of a woman in Sydney's east yesterday.
About 8.30pm on Thursday (27 June 2024), officers from Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were called to a Reserve on Baden Street, Coogee, following a concern for welfare.
On arrival, police spoke with a woman; however, she died after she fell.
The investigation is subject to an independent review.
