Jenise Carroll, 78th Air Base Wing commander, Hill Air Force Base, Utah; and Master Sgt. Aaron Trammel, Contracting superintendent, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, who shared their personal experiences and challenges as members of a minority demographic in the mentoring and career realms.
