Through efforts in educational exchange, trade, and the empowerment of entrepreneurs, we continue to work to create new economic opportunities. Through the U.S.-Caribbean Partnership to Address the Climate Crisis (PACC 2030), we remain unified in our efforts to confront climate change in the Caribbean.
