Cyclist critical after crash - Pymble

A cyclist is in a critical condition after crashing his bicycle on Sydney's North Shore today.

About 9am (Saturday 29 February 2020), emergency services were called to Mona Vale Road, Pymble, after reports a man had crashed his bike.

Officers from Kuring Gai Police Area Command have been told the man, aged in his 60s, was riding his bike down a hill when he crashed.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated him on scene for serious head injuries.

He's been taken to Royal North Shore Hospital in a critical condition.

Police have established a crime scene, and an investigation is underway.
