With strong demand anticipated for both lot types, the land is available by Offers Invited, closing 2pm Australian Western Standard Time on Wednesday, 30 April 2025, with titles anticipated next month.
The Dalwallinu land release reflects the WA Government's commitment to regional revitalisation and growth, through the Regional Development Assistance Program.
This initiative provides funding to support essential regional projects, contributing to sustainable development and economic resilience in WA's regional towns.
