Police are shutting down a dance party planned for this weekend in the state’s north-east, NSW Police say.
‘Life’, a three-day ‘doof party’, has been promoted to take place in the Tabulam/Bonalbo area, west of Casino, from tomorrow.
Police inquiries have confirmed the event does not have planning approval and it has been deemed illegal.
As such, the event will not go ahead and anyone who purchased tickets should contact their ticket provider for a refund.
Inquiries in relation to the event organisers are continuing.
Police will attend the location from tomorrow to ensure the closure is enforced.
