An elderly man has died in hospital following a fatal crash earlier this month at Highbury.
Just after 12.30pm on Tuesday 1 December, police were called to Lower North East Road after an MG sedan and a Mazda SUV crashed.
The driver of the MG, an 82-year-old man from Ashton was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with fractures but sadly died overnight.
The driver of the Mazda SUV, a 62-year-old woman from Vista and her two passengers, a 15 and a 17-year-old boy from Gumeracha, were all taken to the Modbury Hospital with minor injuries.
The man's death is the 90th life lost on our roads this year as compared to 101 for the same time last year.
