Dallas Brooks Reserve oval is set to have an improved surface to allow the local sports groups and community to have a safe and high-quality oval.
The project is funded by Mornington Peninsula Shire ($1,651,090), in partnership with the Victorian Government's Sport and Recreation Victoria's Local Sports Infrastructure Fund ($637,500).
Reconstruction works have begun – it is anticipated construction will be finished in May 2023.
The oval will be closed during the construction phase and then for a further 12 months to allow the turf to establish. The oval is anticipated to be reopened for club and community use in May 2024. We thank you for your patience during this time.
