Now in its 23rd year, the much-loved festival is set to transform more than 22 venues across Devonport with over 25 performances, ranging from intimate lounge duos to show-stopping big band blowouts.

Headlining this year's dynamic program is Australian stage and screen sensation Hugh Sheridan, bringing his signature charisma and soulful vocals to the festival stage. Also flying in for the festivities are Norwegian crowd-favourites Swing'It, renowned for their infectious 1920s jazz party energy that has taken Europe by storm.

Adding to the heat are the genre-bending GrooVe Congress, who take chart-topping hits and give them a jazzy twist, and saxophone virtuoso Paul Williamson, celebrated for his electrifying improvisations and deep musical storytelling.

"Each year, Devonport Jazz brings artists and audiences together in a celebration of music and connection," said Devonport City Council's Events Coordinator Maree Brodzinski. "This year's program offers a wide range of events designed to be accessible, welcoming, and enjoyable for the whole community."

Beyond the headliners, festival-goers can look forward to a rich variety of performances, showcasing everything from sultry torch songs to fearless contemporary compositions. With family-friendly gigs, late-night jam sessions, and surprise pop-up performances, Devonport Jazz 2025 will be a celebration for every generation.
