Have you checked out all of our 'super parks' across Fairfield City? There is one near you, and we want to give locals the chance to see what's on offer. That's why we are hosting a series of fun days at our super parks from February to August. We want families to explore all the local super parks, not just the one closest to you but why not try out all the parks across the whole City.
The events will include a jumping castle, face painting, petting zoo, fun family activities, an ice cream truck in the warmer months and other refreshments in the cooler months.
The dates and locations are:
Sunday 18 February – Fairfield Adventure Park
Sunday 17 March – Koonoona Park Villawood
Sunday 21 April – Deerbush Park Smithfield
Sunday 19 May – Fairfield Heights Park
Sunday 16 June – Bareena Park Canley Vale
Sunday 14 July – Bonnyrigg Town Centre Park
Sunday 18 August – Brenan Park Smithfield
Our City is fast becoming known for its super parks and playgrounds that lead the way in innovation and accessibility. In the past 12 months we have unveiled some state-of-the-art playgrounds such as the recently completed Fairfield Heights Park and Bareena Park in Canley Vale. There are more scheduled major projects underway that will further provide excellent leisure and recreation opportunities for families in our City.
We want to come together as a community to enjoy the great outdoors and take a break from our busy lives. You can ride your bike or walk down to the perfect family friendly event.
