- The NDIA is inviting registered providers to respond to the Dog Guide Provider List EOI on the NDIS Website. The EOI is open from 25 November 2024 - 20 December 2024.
- The Agency will be evaluating each submission. The process is non-competitive, meaning each respondent meeting the criteria will be eligible for publication on the list.
- Providers must meet the eligibility criteria, which include current and ongoing provider registration in both registration groups "0130 Assistance Animals" and "0128 Therapeutic Supports" and accessible online systems.
- Successful providers will be required to commit to meet minimum requirements included in the Statement of Requirements.
- This open market approach makes sure that the process is fair and equitable for all dog guide providers.
- The list of successful providers will be published on the NDIS Website.
- The Dog Guide provider list will be a resource for participants when selecting a provider. Participants do not have to use a provider from this list, but it is one way to inform decisions when looking for a provider.
- The NDIA will continue to develop the service standards based on feedback from all areas of the market.
- For assistance, providers can email [email protected] or call the National Contact Centre on 1800 800 110.
