Dogs Return to Milton Park for Fisher's Ghost Fest

Campbelltown residents will get the opportunity to treat their four-legged friends to a special outing when Dogs in the Park at Festival of Fisher's Ghost returns to Milton Park on Sunday 10 November.

Presented by Campbelltown City Council in partnership with Dogs in the Park NSW, the event will be a day filled with excitement and fun for dogs and their human companions.

Dogs in the Park at Festival of Fisher's Ghost is one of several exciting events held during the iconic Festival of Fisher's Ghost, which will run from 31 October to 10 November 2024.

"We are delighted to see Dogs in the Park return to the Fisher's Ghost calendar in 2024," Campbelltown City Council CEO Lindy Deitz said.

"It promises to be an exciting day of activities and programs at Milton Park for people and their furry friends," Ms Deitz said.

The 2024 Dogs in the Park at Fisher's Ghost will boast an action-packed program, highlighted by a walk around Milton Park to raise money for charity.

Other highlights of this year's event will include:

  • Various dog competitions – including Cutest Puppy, Cutest Dogs and "Strike a Paws Fancy Dress".
  • Free photo booth for dogs and their human companions.
  • Flyball demonstrations.
  • A variety of market stalls.
  • Food and coffee vendors.

"We're thrilled to help bring back Dogs in the Park at Festival of Fisher's Ghost on 10 November for another fun-filled day of celebrating our furry companions," Dogs in the Park NSW event manager Chris Boswell said.

"This event will be a fantastic opportunity for dog lovers of all breeds to come together for a day of competitions, market stalls and community spirit," Mr Boswell said.

"From exciting dog shows to speciality dog products, we're created a 'paw-some' line-up that will be sure to make tails wag."
