Can you believe it's been three years since we created the Community Vision?
Shaped by the feedback of more than 3,000 Mornington Peninsula residents, the Community Vision gave us a clear picture of what you want the Peninsula to look like from now to 2040.
We are currently checking in to see if the vision still feels right to you, if there is anything missing, and where you would like Council to focus its efforts.
If you have not shared your thoughts yet, we would love to hear from you!
So far since the consultation opened on 25 March, we've heard the top three principles locals would like to highlight as a focus for 2025-2029 are:
- Integrated public transport and accessibility infrastructure.
- Protect and enhance all elements of our natural land, sea and biodiverse environments.
- Support an inclusive, connected and safe society.
