A 35-year-old man has had his drivers' license suspended, after allegedly driving almost six times over the legal limit in Taylors Lakes on March 23.
It is understood the man was allegedly driving erratically, before he crashed into a parked car on Lindsey Court about 4.15pm.
The car, which was being driven with only three operational wheels also caused damage to the road.
The sole driver was uninjured in the crash.
After returning a positive breath test, the driver underwent an evidentiary breath test
and returned a reading of .288
The 35-year-old, from Maribyrnong had his license immediately suspended and has been charged with conduct endangering person.
He will face Sunshine Magistrates' Court at a later date.
