A 24 year old man found with a traffickable quantity of cannabis in a remote community north-west of Alice Springs, has been arrested and charged.
Police conducted a search of a home in Yuendumu after he took possession of a parcel where it will be alleged it contained approximately 454grams of cannabis.
The man was charged with one count of Supply a traffickable quantity of a schedule 2 dangerous drug in an Indigenous community.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before the Alice Springs Local Court on Thursday 3 September, 2020.
