A new thematic factsheet summarising how member states have responded following 80 different judgments by the European Court of Human Rights on the protection of property has been released.
Topics include people's peaceful enjoyment of their possessions, the restitution of nationalised or expropriated property, compensation for the loss of property and the use of property, including tenancies, urban planning and taxation.
