Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Edward Franjo.
A warrant has been issued for the 41-year-old's arrest in relation to assault offences.
Franjo is described as Caucasian in appearance, with a medium build, short brown hair and brown eyes.
Franjo is known to frequent the Carlton and Melbourne CBD areas.
Police have released an image of Franjo in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
