Erratic Quad Bike Theft Spotted in Bunbury Area

Bunbury Detectives are seeking the public's assistance for vision in relation to a stolen quad bike reported driving erratically in the South West yesterday, Monday 30 October 2023.

A red Suzuki Ozark 250cc quad bike was stolen from a school in Glen Iris over the weekend.

About 9am on Monday, the quad bike was sighted driving erratically southbound on Forrest Highway in Australind. The rider was wearing a black hoodie and face mask.

About 9.15am, the bike was sighted speeding on Paris Road near Grand Entrance in Australind.

Around 9.40am, the quad bike was seen in the vicinity of Eaton and Glen Iris. About 11.30am, the quad bike was located burnt out, off bush tracks on Willinge Drive near the Forrest Highway overpass in Glen Iris.

The quad bike and its rider are believed to be linked to further burglaries in the greater Bunbury region.
