Just after 12pm this afternoon, Thursday 13 December 2018, an evade police incident occurred on Brand Highway around 30km north of Eneabba. Police attempted to stop a black four wheel drive vehicle, however the driver accelerated away when officers activated their emergency lights and sirens.
Soon after, the four wheel drive turned onto Correy Road Arrowsmith, lost control and rolled. A man (the sole occupant), got out and ran from the vehicle. He was last seen heading in a north-westerly direction, WA Police say.
He is described as fair skinned, thin build wearing a black tank top, green shorts and shoes. Police believe that the man may be in possession of firearms.
The man may be armed with a firearm and members of the public are advised not to approach him, but to report any sightings to Police immediately on 131 444.
