Notice is given in accordance with Section 13A of the Mining Act 1992 and Clauses 15 and 89K of the Mining Regulation 2016 that exploration licence application number 6639 (Act 1992) for Group 10 (Mineral Sands) has been lodged with the Department of Regional NSW by Murray Basin Critical Minerals Pty Ltd ACN 668 958 307, over an area of 334 units (about 1,002 square kilometres) which is located approximately 51km west of Pooncarie in three separate areas, as described on the plan.
