Yarra Ranges Council is seeking an experienced and qualified not for profit organisation to occupy, manage and deliver a range of community, and children and family services from its Chirnside Park Community Hub facility, located at 33 Kimberley Drive, Chirnside Park.
The successful submitter would be offered a five (5) year lease to occupy and manage the premises.
Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) submissions from interested organisations with the ethos, operational and financial capability to deliver outstanding community outcomes. Information relating to the premises, Council's expectations in relation to the tenancy, and submission instructions can be found within the Expression of Interest documents attached.
