Families are set to be the big winners once again with kick off times confirmed for the Wallaroos and Wallabies home Tests in 2025.
The women in gold will play all bar one of their Tests at home in the afternoon or early evening as they build ahead of this year's Rugby World Cup in England.
Their first assignment will be against New Zealand at Newcastle's McDonald Jones Stadium, with the two sides to meet at 3:00pm AEST on Saturday May 10 in the first O'Reilly Cup clash of 2025.
Their next two Tests will form double headers with Super Rugby Pacific fixtures, with a Test against the USA in Canberra and Canada in Brisbane part of their Pacific Four Series campaign, both kicking off at 4:55pm AEST.
Their final Test on home soil this year sees them come up against Wales at 7:00pm AEST at the iconic North Sydney Oval on August 1 - their final hit out at home before the Rugby World Cup.
The Wallabies highly anticipated British & Irish Lions Series in July and August will be played in primetime on Channel 9, with the three Tests in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney kicking off at 7:45pm AEST.
Their two Rugby Championship Tests against Argentina's Los Pumas in September will both be played in the afternoon, with their first meeting in Townsville scheduled for a 2:30pm AEST start, before the two sides will clash at Sydney's Allianz Stadium seven days later with a 2:00pm AEST kick off.
The men in gold's final home Test of 2025 will see them host New Zealand at Perth's Optus Stadium, with the two sides set to battle it out in the Bledisloe Cup Test from 5:45pm AWST.
The Wallaroos and Wallabies schedule will see the teams in gold play across seven cities throughout Australia.
Wallaroos coach Jo Yapp said: "It's fantastic to lock in some family-friendly times ahead of our first home Test in Newcastle right through to our farewell game prior to the World Cup at North Sydney Oval which will be a special occasion.
"The quality of the Super Rugby Women's competition will set a great platform leading into the Pacific Four series and we hope to see as many supporters in the stands as possible throughout the home season."
Wallabies coach Joe Schmidt said: "It was terrific to have really strong support in our home Tests last year.
"This year's Lions Series will be unique and exciting. There will be red hordes of Lions supporters, so it'll be great to see as much Gold in the stands as possible.
"Meanwhile, the family friendly afternoon kick offs against Fiji and later on in the Rugby Championship will likely be popular with both players and supporters."
