Police are investigating a fatal collision in Woori Yallock on 24 August.
Emergency services were called to a collision involving a van and a school bus on Warburton Highway about 3.35pm.
The driver and sole occupant of the van, who has yet to be identified, died at the scene.
No one else was seriously injured.
The exact cause of the collision is yet to be determined.
The Warburton Highway remains closed in both directions at Lusatia Park Drive.
