Police are investigating following a fatal crash at Allendale North, just north of Kapunda

About 6.30pm on Monday 11 December, police and emergency services were called to Marrabel Road after reports a car crashed into a tree.
Sadly, the driver and sole occupant of the Mitsubishi station wagon, a 25-year-old woman from Munno Para West, died at the scene.
Major Crash investigators attended and examined the scene and are investigating the circumstances that led to this fatal crash.
Marrabel Road was closed for several hours however has since re-opened.
The woman's life is the 107th life lost on South Australian roads so far this year compared to 66 at the same time last year.
