Fatal Crash on Sydney Harbour Bridge: Police Respond

About 1.40pm today (Thursday 17 October 2024) emergency services were called to the Sydney Harbour Bridge following reports of a multi-vehicle crash.

Officers attached to Sydney City Police Area Command attended and found three cars and a bus had collided.

One man died at the scene and a second is in a critical condition.

NSW Ambulance paramedics are assessing a number of other patients.

The bus driver is uninjured. No passengers were on board at the time.
